BIG MAN is building a bridge of belonging, community and compassion.
BIG MAN is both a theatrical experience and a platform for caregiver support and advocacy. The creative team is dedicated to collaborating with clinicians, advocates, and caregiving networks to ensure that the musical portrays both patients and caregivers with authenticity and compassion.
In addition, the show's score reflects the rollercoaster of emotions that patients and caregivers encounter—from moments of laughter and hope to heartbreak and reflection. This musical language allows audiences to experience the emotional highs and lows of caregiving, transforming complex realities into moments of understanding and connection.
Through its story and outreach, BIG MAN seeks to:
